Controls follow a proven single-action 1911 layout with a left-side thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. A skeletonized, long trigger with lightening cuts and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complete the fire-control setup.
Sight regulation is straightforward with a dovetailed fiber-optic front blade using an orange/red rod and a low-mount, plain black square-notch rear. The slide also features a lowered and flared ejection port along with dovetailed sight cuts front and rear.
Ergonomics are enhanced by the installed Hogue wraparound rubber finger-groove grips. Capacity is 8+1 rounds of .45 ACP, and three steel single-stack magazines are included to support carry and range use.
