The MK-II uses a DA/SA action with an external spurred hammer and ambidextrous lever controls, giving the shooter flexible operation from the first shot onward. A pronounced beavertail and textured grip with finger grooves support a secure, consistent hold. The metal upper receiver/chassis is paired with a polymer grip module for a robust, duty-ready build.
The 4.3 inch barrel is factory threaded and capped with a knurled thread protector, offering ready-to-use muzzle threading in a compact overall length. Capacity is 17+1 using a double-stack magazine pattern.
The slide runs inside the frame rails, a hallmark of its design lineage, and carries rear serrations for confident manipulation. Sight regulation is handled by a fully adjustable LPA micrometer rear sight. A Swiss cross emblem highlights the slide, reflecting its origin.
An integral 4-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover accepts lights or other rail-mounted gear. Markings include B&T USA Tampa, FL and Thun, Switzerland, along with model and caliber designations, the B&T logo, and the Swiss cross-in-shield emblem. The design is derived from the Sphinx/CZ-75 pattern, with parts compatibility to the Sphinx SDP noted.
