The 3.75 in steel barrel and DA/SA action align with CZ’s compact design, and the slide includes front and rear cocking serrations with an external extractor. A lanyard loop at the rear of the magazine well is present.

Upgrades include a comp hammer, extended firing pin, CZ 85C trigger, 2075 firing pin spring, 13 lb mainspring, CZC trigger return spring (TRS), and a trigger pin. These factory-compatible parts are a common CZC package aimed at refined operation while maintaining the PCR’s proven reliability features such as the firing pin block and decocker system.
Sight upgrades consist of Trijicon tritium night sights in a 3-dot arrangement, with the front sight marked "H3 17," and a dovetailed tritium rear.
