This Glock 17 Gen3 has been upgraded by Franklin Armory with the G-S173 binary trigger and matching slide, delivering a slide-integrated Binary/Semi selector, release-round cancel capability, and a threaded barrel. Announced on October 16, 2023, the G-S173 is the first commercially released binary trigger system for a striker-fired handgun. The pistol is optics-cut with a TRYBE cover plate installed and is in excellent overall condition.

Built on an Austrian-made Glock 17 Gen3 frame, this full-size 9mm features Franklin Armory’s G-S173 system installed — pairing a binary trigger with a dedicated slide that incorporates a selector paddle for Semi or Binary modes. The system also supports release-round cancel capability for added control.
The aftermarket G-S173 slide is optics-cut and designed to accept adapter plates that clear the selector. A TRYBE-marked cover plate secured by two screws is installed. The slide adds front and rear serrations and anti-glare top striations, with clear Franklin Armory branding on the left and G-S173 on the right.
Barrel setup includes a threaded muzzle and a thread protector, ready for compatible muzzle devices. Sighting is straightforward and fast with a red fiber-optic front and a fixed square-notch rear.
The Gen3 polymer frame retains its finger grooves and a single-slot accessory rail. Capacity is 17+1, and one 17-round magazine is included. Photos may show both standard-length and extended-length Glock-pattern magazines; this listing includes only the single 17-round magazine noted above.
