The Wildcat uses a semi-automatic blowback action with a right-side charging handle and a lightweight polymer receiver, keeping overall weight around 4.0 lb and overall length about 36.25 in. The black synthetic stock features a skeletonized butt and textured contact areas, and the length of pull measures 13.5 in.
Its 18.25 in chrome-moly steel barrel is button-rifled with a recessed crown. The non-threaded sporter profile emphasizes balance and straightforward handling while maintaining reliable .22 LR performance.
Sighting is straightforward and precise with a ramped front post and a fully adjustable ghost-ring rear sight. An integral top Picatinny rail on the receiver and a short accessory rail on the forend provide mounting space for accessories as desired.
Field service is simplified with tool-less takedown via a single-button lower release. A rear access port allows breech-to-muzzle cleaning without disassembling the action. The rifle accepts Ruger 10/22-pattern magazines; the factory Wildcat magazine provides last-shot bolt hold-open, while 10/22 magazines do not.
Introduced for model year 2019, this example is marked "Made by Istanbul Silah – Turkey" and "Imported by BACO, Inc., Morgan, Utah," reflecting its production and import lineage.
