The HAVAK PH3 in 7mm PRC combines Seekins Precision engineering with a feature-rich, modern hunting and field rifle build. This example pairs a 22-inch 416R stainless, spiral-fluted heavy barrel with a quick-change system, a receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts and currently fitted with two detachable Picatinny bases (split rails), and a carbon-fiber composite stock over an internal aluminum mini-chassis. It is in excellent condition and includes a Seekins 3-round carbon-fiber detachable box magazine.

The action features a three-lug, 60-degree bolt for fast cycling, with tool-less bolt disassembly for maintenance. A removable bolt head enables bolt-face changes, and the receiver includes an open-top loading port for easy top access. The receiver is drilled and tapped and is fitted with two removable Picatinny bases for direct mounting.
The 22-inch barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel with spiral fluting and a heavy profile for stability. It uses a quick-change system that allows low-torque barrel swaps. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 and fitted with a radial brake.
The carbon-fiber composite stock overlays an internal aluminum mini-chassis for consistent bedding. It includes an adjustable comb, M-LOK slot section on the underside of the forend, flush cup sling sockets, and molded cross-hatch grip panels. Length of pull is 13.25 inches.
This PH3 uses AICS-pattern magazines and includes one 3-round magazine for a 3+1 capacity. Controls include a paddle-style magazine release and a two-position safety. The rifle is equipped with a user-adjustable TriggerTech Primary trigger. Made in the USA; MSRP is $1,895.
