The 4.0 in barrel is cut from 416R stainless steel with an unthreaded muzzle and a flush crown, finished in bronze. This material choice and crown treatment provide a durable, smooth bore surface with defined rifling, consistent with the excellent bore condition noted.
The slide is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished matte black, with forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. It incorporates a direct-mount, multi-footprint optics interface with recoil bosses for secure installation of compatible miniature red-dot sights.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a wrap-around grip texture with molded index pads, an interchangeable NPOA backstrap system, an extended beavertail, and a high undercut trigger guard. The flat-faced trigger with a trigger safety tab and a left-side magazine release round out the control set.
Sight picture comes from iron sights: a single white-dot front blade and a plain black rear notch. The dust cover includes an integral accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or accessories.
