The SAM7R is built on a milled Bulgarian receiver with a left-side lightening cut, giving it the hallmark construction associated with the SAM7 series. It carries Arsenal Las Vegas, U.S.A. importer markings, the Bulgarian Circle 10 factory mark, and a Made in BULGARIA designation.
The 16.3-inch barrel is threaded 24x1.5 mm at the front-sight-base interface and is fitted with a factory-style multi-port brake secured by a detent. A 90-degree gas block and bayonet lug round out the front-end feature set, aligning with the platform’s classic configuration.
Furniture consists of US-marked plum-tone polymer with a fixed stock, ribbed polymer handguards, and a matching plum-tone pistol grip. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches. The receiver and metal components wear a matte black finish.
