This U.S.-made Beretta M9A4 stands out as a full-size 90 Series pistol finished in Flat Dark Earth with a factory optics-cut slide and an installed Trijicon RMR Type 2 RM06-HRS red dot. It features a 4.9 inch threaded barrel with thread protector, raised sights tall enough to clear the mounted optic, and the G decocker-only configuration. Specific Condition Notes: Shows little prior use. The bore is clean and shiny. The optic mounting screws one is in great shape but the other is showing signs of stripping; use care when removing the optic or replacing its battery.

Made in Gallatin, Tennessee and marked "TYPE M9A4," this pistol carries slide and frame markings including "BERETTA U.S.A. CORP – GALLATIN, TN" and "MADE IN USA – 9mm PARA – PATENTED." It is a full-size 90 Series build with an alloy Vertec grip frame and FDE finish on both slide and frame.
The slide uses Beretta's open-top design with front and rear serrations and a factory optics cut. An optic plate is installed, and a Trijicon RMR Type 2 RM06-HRS (3.25 MOA, coyote, adjustable LED) is mounted. Raised iron sights are tall enough to clear the mounted optic for an unobstructed sight picture.
Its 4.9 inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a thread protector. The DA/SA, hammer-fired action is configured in the decocker-only (G) style. An external spurred hammer and a three-slot Picatinny rail on the dustcover provide familiar 90 Series handling and accessory mounting.
Ergonomics include the Vertec straight-backstrap frame, thin PB-medallion grip panels, a beveled magwell, and a lanyard loop. Capacity is 15+1, and this example comes with two 15-round magazines along with the factory ammo can-style case, cardboard box, operator's manual, and an extra wraparound grip module.
