What’s Included
- Para Ordnance P14•45 pistol chambered in .45 ACP
- 1x 14-round steel double-stack magazine stamped "MADE IN CANADA"
The P14•45 uses a wide-body, double-column grip frame that yields a 14+1 capacity in .45 ACP while retaining familiar 1911 ergonomics. Its government-length 5-inch barrel is bushing-fit and paired with a conventional GI-style recoil system using a barrel bushing and plug.
The slide is blued with rear serrations and a lowered ejection port for smooth handling and reliable ejection. Controls include a solid trigger, a Commander-style ring hammer, and a left-side magazine release. The beavertail grip safety and ambidextrous thumb safety provide secure control during operation.
Sights are a fixed 3-dot set, with a front blade carrying a single dot and a rear sight that is dovetailed and windage-adjustable via a set screw. The wide-body frame has a large magazine well opening to aid reloads, and the black checkered synthetic grips feature molded Para "P" logos.
This two-tone example has a matte gray steel frame and carries Canadian lineage: the frame is marked "CANADA," the barrel hood is stamped ".45 ACP" with the Para circular "P" logo, and the magazine is marked ".45 ACP" and "MADE IN CANADA." An additional "FT. LAUDERDALE FL" rollmark further identifies its Para-Ordnance manufacturing era.
