The PTR-32 KFR pairs a proven roller-delayed operating system with the 7.62x39 chambering and AK-pattern magazine compatibility. This example features a welded full-length Picatinny top rail, HK-type diopter sights, and an 18-inch threaded barrel with an open-prong flash suppressor, offering a robust, feature-rich configuration in excellent overall condition.
Built on a stamped-steel receiver with a black finish, this rifle incorporates PTR’s polymer SEF-style semi-auto trigger housing marked with "S" and red "F." The manual safety is intuitive, and the welded top rail provides a solid mounting surface across the receiver. Made in the USA, it reflects PTR’s modern execution of a classic roller-delayed design.
Its sighting system consists of a hooded front post and a rotary diopter drum rear, giving the rifle precise, repeatable adjustments. The 18-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an open-prong flash suppressor. A wide HK-style "tropical" ribbed polymer handguard with bipod grooves/cutouts is fitted.
Ergonomics are handled by a fixed black polymer stock with a sling slot, a black polymer pistol grip, and a 14.5-inch length of pull. The rifle accepts AK-pattern detachable magazines and includes a 10-round Magpul PMAG AK 7.62x39 polymer magazine for a 10+1 capacity. An HK-pattern clamp-on bipod is installed for added stability when shooting from a supported position.
