It features the Seekins Quick-Change Barrel System, a TriggerTech trigger, and a carbon-composite stock with adjustable cheekpiece. Production is marked Lewiston, Idaho, USA.

The PH3 action uses a three-lug bolt with a 60-degree throw, a spiral-fluted bolt body, and a large cylindrical bolt knob. The bolt head is tool-less removable, and the receiver is topped with an integral 20-MOA Picatinny scope rail.
The 24 inch barrel is 416R stainless steel with spiral fluting and a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle, currently fitted with a muzzle brake. It has a 1:8 twist rate and pairs with the Seekins Quick-Change Barrel System.
The carbon-composite stock wears a camo finish and includes an adjustable cheekpiece, a mini-chassis, an M-LOK forend, QD sling cups, and a rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 13.0 inches.
Controls and interface include a TriggerTech trigger, a right-side safety lever, and a paddle-style magazine release. The rifle feeds from the included Seekins Precision carbon-fiber detachable box magazine for a 5+1 capacity. The receiver wears a Cerakote finish, and production is marked Lewiston, Idaho, USA.
