The P30SK V3 pairs a subcompact footprint with HK's DA/SA trigger system and a rear-mounted decocking button for safe decock from single action. Ambidextrous slide-stop levers and the paddle-style magazine release provide mirrored controls for left- or right-handed use.
Its 3.27 in cold-forged steel barrel and short-recoil, locked-breech action deliver the P30-series build approach in a smaller package. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the external extractor includes red witness paint for visual status indication.
The grip uses molded P30 texturing with interchangeable backstrap and side panels, allowing the shooter to fine-tune hand fit. A short Picatinny-type accessory rail with three cross-slots on the dustcover supports compatible lights or accessories.
Fixed 3-dot sights are dovetailed front and rear. The slide bears German DE and CIP N proofs with two-letter date code "CD," and the frame is import-marked "HKI - Columbus, GA."
