This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 AR pistol is a compact 5.56 NATO build with a 7.5 in threaded barrel and A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. It features a free-float aluminum handguard with M-LOK-style slots and a 12 o'clock Picatinny rail, a flat-top upper with forward assist, and a tan Hera Arms stabilizing brace. It comes upgraded with a tan Cole Tactical (ColeTac) rail cover and includes four 30-round magazines.

The PA-15 platform delivers a compact AR-15 pistol configuration in 5.56 NATO with a 7.5 in barrel, semi-automatic direct-impingement operation, and a threaded muzzle capped with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. The free-float aluminum handguard includes a 12 o'clock Picatinny rail with M-LOK-style accessory slots; the upper receiver and handguard together provide top Picatinny rail space.
The flat-top upper receiver includes a forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover. Aluminum-alloy receivers wear a matte black hardcoat anodized finish. This pistol uses the STANAG magazine interface and is rated for a 30+1 capacity.
Furniture and controls are set up for practical handling, with a tan Hera Arms stabilizing brace on a carbine-length receiver extension and a hook-and-loop strap, plus a Magpul MOE pistol grip in FDE/tan. A polymer flip-up rear sight is installed; no front sight is installed.
This example is customized with a tan Cole Tactical (ColeTac) rail cover/heat shield on the handguard. It ships with four 30-round magazines, including three Magpul PMAGs and one translucent-windowed polymer magazine. The pistol is marked West Columbia, South Carolina, and is made in the United States.
