Reversible ejection adds flexibility, and the ambidextrous manual safety supports a wide range of shooters. The non-reciprocating charging handle is positioned on the left side for consistent manipulations.
The 16.5" steel barrel has a 1:7 twist to stabilize a broad range of 5.56 projectiles. It is threaded and fitted with an A2-style flash hider. The bore is described as excellent with sharp rifling, and the barrel bears a "P" proof mark.
A full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny top rail integrates folding front and rear backup iron sights, providing a solid sighting baseline and straightforward mounting for optics or accessories. A front QD sling socket is built in for streamlined carry options.
The rifle features a polymer chassis in FDE with a black steel receiver and rail, plus a rubberized buttpad. It feeds from STANAG/AR-pattern magazines and has a 30+1 capacity. Markings include "IWI US – HARRISBURG, PA." on the rifle.
This configuration includes a windowed 30-round Magpul PMAG, an IWI accessory pouch, and a Pelican hard rifle case for transport and storage.
