Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.

Specific Condition Notes: The metal shows light scratches and small blemishes. There is localized blemishing on the barrel just ahead of the receiver and another patch around the muzzle. Light residue is present over the receiver scope-mount screw holes.

The Mark V action uses nine lugs and delivers a short bolt lift of approximately 54 to 56 degrees. This right-hand action features a bright fluted bolt body, an internal box magazine with a 3+1 capacity, and a two-position safety on the bolt shroud with a red indicator.
The 26-inch sporter-profile barrel is crowned, unthreaded, and set up without open sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and the included two-piece scope bases with rings simplify mounting a scope tailored to your needs.
Its high-gloss walnut Monte Carlo stock includes a rollover cheekpiece and sharp skip-line checkering for a secure hold. Distinctive Weatherby details are present throughout, including a rosewood forend tip and grip cap with contrasting spacers and a white diamond inlay in the grip cap. A ventilated rubber recoil pad with the Weatherby logo and QD sling swivel studs round out the stock hardware.
This rifle bears South Gate, Calif. and Made in Japan receiver markings, along with U.S. Patent No. 3,013,855. The H-prefix serial range denotes Japanese Howa production during the 1972–1994 period.
