This example is optics-ready with a removable rear sight plate designed for direct mounting of the ROMEO1Pro, and it includes a SIGLITE front night sight. It features ambidextrous controls, a carry-length grip, and ships with two 21-round magazines plus one 17-round magazine. The pistol follows the M18 serial-prefix format and is made in the USA.

The P320-M18 configuration pairs a 3.9-inch barrel with a carry-length grip module for a compact profile and full-hand purchase. The coyote tan frame is glass-reinforced polymer, while the stainless steel slide wears a matching coyote tan PVD finish. Front and rear cocking serrations provide positive manipulation.
The slide is optics-ready, using a removable rear sight plate and optics cut for direct mounting of the ROMEO1Pro. A SIGLITE front night sight provides a bright aiming reference in low light, and the rear plate can be removed when fitting a compatible optic.
Controls are set up for versatility: ambidextrous manual safety, ambidextrous slide catch levers, and a reversible magazine release. A 4-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover supports common weapon lights or accessories.
The 9mm barrel uses 6-groove rifling with a 1:10 right-hand twist. This pistol is made in the USA and includes high-capacity factory magazines for a 21+1 configuration with the extended mags. Magazine bodies show factory markings that include both "Made in Italy" and "Made in USA."
