This L61R Finnbear features Sako’s long action in .30-06 with an internal box magazine and floorplate for a 5+1 capacity. The steel receiver and barrel wear a bright/satin finish, and the bolt is fitted with a round polished knob. There are no iron sights installed, leaving the barrel clean.
The receiver includes integral Sako tapered dovetail rails, a hallmark of the brand’s design from this era. A two-position safety is located at the rear/right of the action for straightforward operation.
The aftermarket grey speckled synthetic stock brings practical upgrades: molded checkering for grip, a straight comb, sling swivel studs, and a Decelerator rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 inches, providing a comfortable fit.
