It comes with two 15-round magazines and the Gen4 modular backstrap set, and the slide, barrel, and frame share matching serial numbers.

The G19 Gen 4 MOS pairs a compact footprint with a 4.02 in barrel and a striker-fired, locked-breech, tilting-barrel action. It is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 15+1 capacity using double-stack magazines. This pistol was manufactured in Austria and carries the "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." import marking along with an "AT" stamp on the barrel hood.
The factory MOS slide arrives with the cover plate installed. Both the slide and the cold hammer-forged barrel are nitrided. The barrel features Glock's polygonal rifling for long service life and consistent performance.
Sight upgrades include tall tritium night sights, with a Trijicon H3-marked front and a matching tall tritium rear. These are installed and aligned on the pistol.
The Gen4 frame uses the RTF texture with three finger grooves and an interchangeable backstrap system. Controls include the enlarged, reversible Gen4 magazine catch and a standard left-side slide stop. A Glock universal accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover for mounting compatible lights or accessories. The slide, barrel, and frame share matching serial numbers.
