The PA-15 is built on aluminum receivers with a matte black anodized finish and uses a direct-impingement action. The flat-top A3-style upper provides a continuous Picatinny rail for mounting the included flip-up rear sight or other compatible sighting solutions. A manual safety is standard.
Sighting is anchored by an F-marked A2 front sight base that includes a bayonet lug and sling swivel. The rear is a rail-mounted flip-up iron sight, already installed.
The 16-inch barrel features a 1:7 twist and a threaded muzzle capped with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. This configuration maintains a classic carbine profile with modern usability.
Magpul MOE FDE furniture ties the build together, including the carbine-length handguard, MOE adjustable stock, and MVG vertical grip. A black polymer pistol grip complements the setup. The carbine accepts STANAG-pattern magazines and is listed at a 30+1 capacity.
The lower receiver is marked "PA-15 / MULTI" with the PSA West Columbia, S.C. location, and the rifle is made in the United States.
