This A400 Xcel Sporting is built around Beretta’s B-Link gas system with a rotating bolt for smooth, reliable cycling and right-side ejection. It is a 12-gauge semi-automatic configured for both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, offering versatile performance on the clays range.
The 30" barrel is clearly marked OB HP and 18.6 mm overbore and features a vented top rib. It uses the Optima-Choke HP system. Chokes noted for this Sporting setup include M, IM, and IC; included with this shotgun are IC and IM Beretta flush tubes, plus a Briley Helix LM extended/ported tube.
The receiver is aluminum alloy with a bright blue anodized finish, paired with a checkered walnut stock and matching walnut forend bearing the Beretta PB oval motif. The stock has a pistol grip and recoil pad, and the length of pull measures 14.0". Controls include a cross-bolt safety, and sighting is via bead sights.
