The 617-6 Plus configuration delivers a 10-shot cylinder in .22 LR on the proven K-Frame platform. The stainless-steel frame and cylinder wear a satin stainless finish, paired with a 6 in heavy barrel and full-length underlug for a solid, target-oriented build. The top rib is serrated, and the ejector rod is shrouded.
Target sighting equipment includes a black square-blade front on an integral ramp and a square-notch, fully adjustable rear. The action is double-action/single-action with a smooth trigger and a wide, checkered hammer spur. A frame-mounted firing pin and an internal key lock are included safety and ignition features.
The 10-shot cylinder uses a 10-tooth extractor star for positive extraction. Control surfaces include a checkered cylinder release, and the K-Frame size provides familiar handling characteristics for range work with rimfire ammunition.
This revolver has been customized with smooth hardwood target-style stocks that replace the original factory grips. The topstrap is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounts, adding flexibility for sighting setups if desired.
