The pistol is built on the 2011 platform with a metal frame and polymer grip module featuring molded stipple texture, Staccato star logos, and a flared magwell. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a grip safety. The trigger is a skeletonized style, and the hammer is a skeletonized commander-type.
The slide is a 1911-style unit with an external extractor and front and rear cocking serrations. Markings include "STACCATO P" on the slide and "STACCATO • GEORGETOWN, TX USA" on the frame. The dust cover integrates a Picatinny accessory rail.
