The 16.25 in barrel is threaded and fitted with a detent-retained protector, and the standard AK-pattern cleaning rod is installed beneath the barrel.
The stamped steel underfolding stock features a twin-strut design, a push-button latch, and a sling loop, with the stock latch located at the right rear. Length of pull is 12.5 in. The furniture is U.S.-marked polymer, providing domestic compliance parts as noted.
Sights include a post front set in an open-ear front sight block and a tangent rear sight leaf with numeric graduations. Selector markings are "S" and "F," and the dust cover shows matching last-four digits "1580."
