The M4's ARGO system uses dual short-stroke pistons for consistent semi-automatic operation with 2 3/4-inch and 3-inch shells. This proven design delivers reliable cycling across a range of loads without user adjustment.
The 18.5-inch barrel accepts a removable choke and is paired with a protected front post and a ghost-ring rear sight that is windage- and elevation-adjustable. The receiver-mounted Picatinny rail provides a solid platform for mounting accessories. A large knurled magazine cap and full-length tubular magazine deliver a 7+1 capacity.
The alloy receiver and polymer furniture wear a distinctive two-tone finish: matte black receiver and furniture contrasted by a matte grey barrel, magazine tube, and recoil tube. The ribbed black polymer forend offers a sure hold in varied conditions.
Ergonomics are purpose-built, with a three-position telescoping collapsible stock and integral pistol grip, plus sling attachment provisions front and rear, including a QD-style stud under the receiver/rail area.
