The BBR 3.10 uses a steel, wide-body frame that delivers a 10+1 catalog capacity in a micro 1911 footprint. The front strap and mainspring housing are checkered for a secure hold, and the beavertail grip safety includes a memory pad. A skeletonized commander/rowel-style hammer and a skeletonized three-hole trigger complete the single-action, short-recoil operating system.
Its 3.1 in bushingless bull barrel is ported with three ports, and the slide is ported to match. The pistol wears a matte gray Parkerized finish on the slide, frame, and receiver, with G10 textured grip panels for durability and traction. There is no accessory rail.
Sighting equipment includes a micrometer-style screw-adjustable rear sight and a dovetailed front sight with an orange insert. Slide markings include ROCK ISLAND ARMORY and 3.10, and the barrel hood is marked CAL. 45 ACP.
