Built on the AR-15 platform with a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system, this Honey Badger uses a pistol-length gas system paired with an adjustable gas block accessible through the handguard. The 7-inch barrel features a fast 1:5 twist to stabilize a wide range of .300 BLK loads, and it is threaded 5/8-24.
The carbine ships with Q’s Cherry Bomb taper-mount installed on the 5/8-24 threads, with a Q Whistle Tip muzzle device over it. The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard includes a continuous, full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail for mounting accessories and sights while maintaining a slim, lightweight profile.
Ergonomics and controls are thoroughly modern: an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and a Radian Raptor-HB ambidextrous charging handle come standard. A two-stage, flat-faced trigger and Magpul MOE-K grip provide a crisp feel and compact hand fit. Q’s two-rod telescoping stock offers an adjustable length of pull at 12.5 inches, with an overall length of approximately 20–24.75 inches collapsed to extended.
