The Model 111 action is configured for right-hand bolt operation and ejection. Chambered in .300 Win. Mag., it uses a detachable box magazine for a 3+1 capacity, with the magazine body marked for both .375 Ruger and .300 Win. Mag. and the instruction to use only the caliber stamped on the barrel.
The 24 inch sporter-profile barrel is unthreaded and finished with a recessed crown. This setup focuses on a balanced hunting-weight profile while protecting the crown. The rifle has no factory sights, and the steel receiver wears a matte finish.
The aftermarket Boyds laminated hardwood stock is a standout feature. It combines a thumbhole grip, beavertail fore-end with ventilation slots, and a Monte Carlo-style cheekpiece for a stable hold and repeatable cheek weld. A Boyds-branded rubber recoil pad is installed, and the length of pull measures 14.0 inches.
Savage's AccuTrigger provides a user-adjustable pull and incorporates an integral safety blade within the trigger. The rifle’s manual safety is the tang-mounted, three-position selector. This trigger system is designed to deliver a clean break while maintaining built-in safety features.
Two-piece scope bases are already mounted (brand unmarked), streamlining optic installation. Sling mounting is ready to go with studs installed—two on the fore-end and one at the butt.
