This Austrian-made Glock 23 Gen 2 is a compact .40 S&W with the classic rail-less frame and Tenifer-era nitrocarburized slide and barrel finish. It features matching serials on the slide, barrel, and frame, fixed sights, and an installed aftermarket rubber grip sleeve with molded finger grooves. It comes with two Glock factory 13-round magazines and the original owner’s manual.

This Gen 2 Glock 23 delivers the compact .40 S&W format with the hallmark rail-less frame of the era and Glock’s Safe Action system. The slide is marked "GLOCK 23 AUSTRIA 40 S&W," and the pistol carries Glock proof/logo stamps, "MADE IN AUSTRIA," "GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" frame marking, and a U.S. import serial plate. Matching serials on the slide, barrel, and frame add to its cohesiveness.
The 4.02-inch carbon steel barrel and Tenifer-era nitrocarburized treatment on the slide and barrel provide the durable matte black finish associated with 1990s production. Rear vertical serrations, an external extractor, and a right-side ejection port round out the classic Gen 2 slide features.
Sights are fixed and provide a straightforward sight picture. Controls include a square-button magazine release. Safety features are Glock’s trigger safety, firing pin safety, and drop safety.
This pistol accepts Glock double-stack .40 S&W magazines for the G23 pattern and comes with two Glock factory 13-round magazines. The installed aftermarket rubber grip sleeve with molded finger grooves offers a different in-hand feel while preserving the original polymer frame underneath.
