This Ruger PC Carbine Model 19101 is the State Compliant configuration with a non-threaded, heavy fluted 16-inch barrel and a 10+1 capacity. It features Ruger's takedown system with a knurled locking collar, adjustable ghost-ring sights, and interchangeable magazine wells, and it is currently configured for Glock magazines. It ships with one Glock-pattern 10-round 9mm magazine and the SR-Series/Security-9 magazine-well insert (loose). The rifle was manufactured in 2018 and includes reversible controls and dual rails for mounting accessories.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are a few scratches on the barrel, and a small scuff on the Picatinny rail.

Model 19101 is a State Compliant version of the PC Carbine with a non-threaded, cold hammer-forged, heavy fluted 16-inch barrel made from chrome-moly steel. The barrel is not threaded. The rifle is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity and uses a 1:10 RH twist.
The takedown design allows the carbine to separate quickly at the barrel/forend and receiver/stock interface using a knurled locking collar. It comes with a top Picatinny rail on the receiver and an underside accessory rail on the forend. Sights are a protected-blade front and an adjustable ghost-ring rear.
The action is a semiautomatic blowback system that uses a tungsten dead-blow weight to moderate bolt movement. Controls are user-friendly, with a reversible charging handle that is installed on the left side and a reversible magazine release. A cross-bolt safety is positioned at the front of the trigger guard.
This PC Carbine uses interchangeable magazine wells and is configured for Glock magazines. A Ruger SR-Series/Security-9 magazine-well insert is included loose. The black glass-filled nylon stock offers adjustable length of pull via spacers (12.62–14.12 inches), a soft rubber buttpad, textured grip panels, an integral rear sling mount, and a front sling swivel stud. The receiver is aluminum alloy with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish, and the overall finish is black.
