This Bushmaster XM15-E2S Stainless Varmint Special is a dedicated varmint configuration built during the Windham, Maine era. It features a 24-inch bright stainless heavy bull barrel with a recessed crown, a free-floated vented handguard, and an A3/flat-top upper with Picatinny rail. It comes with a hard SKB case, an installed two-point sling, two magazines, and an ergonomic upgraded grip with a palm-rest plate. Condition is very good with an excellent bore.

The Stainless Varmint Special configuration centers on a 24-inch stainless steel heavy/bull barrel that is unfluted and finished with a recessed crown. The round aluminum free-float tube is vented and features a knurled mid-section for secure handling, along with a front swivel stud.
The upper is an A3/flat-top with a Picatinny rail, forward assist, ejection-port cover, and brass deflector. It uses a low-profile gas block with no front sight installed, and no sights are included. The rifle operates on a direct-impingement system.
The stock is a fixed A2 polymer unit with a trapdoor buttplate and rear sling loop. Length of pull measures 13.75 inches. An ergonomic rubberized pistol grip with finger grooves, a palm swell, and an add-on palm-rest plate is installed. A nylon two-point sling comes pre-installed.
Chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, this rifle includes a factory-sealed Magpul PMAG GEN M2 30-round magazine and a short 5-round metal AR-15 magazine. An SKB hard rifle case is included for secure transport and storage.
