The PWS UXR is a modular, caliber-flexible rifle built around a serialized upper receiver and XChange system that lets the shooter quickly swap configurations. This .300 AAC Blackout example features a 14.5 in barrel pinned and welded to 16.1 in overall length, a three-position adjustable gas block, and a left-side non-reciprocating charging handle. A folding, adjustable stock and a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail complete a feature set designed for practical versatility.

The UXR platform centers on a serialized upper receiver and the XChange modular system, enabling fast caliber changes. The quick-change barrel is retained by three screws, and the receiver is marked "CAL: MULTI" to reflect its multi-caliber design. In this configuration, a window in the handguard displays the .300 BLK barrel marking along with the barrel code "9430."
Barrel and gas system details stand out on this rifle. The 14.5 in .300 BLK barrel carries a PWS multi-port muzzle brake that is pinned and welded to achieve a 16.1 in overall barrel length. An external three-position adjustable gas block (normal/suppressed/adverse) is accessible through a dedicated window with clear +/- indicators, making on-the-fly tuning straightforward.
Controls and ergonomics are purpose-built. The charging handle is mounted on the left side and is non-reciprocating. The folding stock allows operation when folded and provides an adjustable length of pull from 11.6 to 14.1 inches, with a textured buttpad for a secure shoulder interface. The pistol grip bears the PWS emblem.
Construction and mounting features are equally robust. The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T651 aluminum and Type III hard-anodized. A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail with T-marks spans the receiver and handguard, while the M-LOK-pattern handguard provides slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Additional details include a selector with pictogram positions, a 30+1 capacity, and USA manufacture.
