The Model 307 action uses a Remington 700 footprint and features an M16-style extractor and tool-less bolt disassembly. Feeding is from an internal magazine with a hinged floorplate, providing a 4+1 capacity in .308 Win.
Its 20 in BSF tensioned, carbon-fiber-wrapped barrel surrounds a 416R stainless core, is free-floated, and cut with a 1:10 twist. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 for brakes or suppressors as desired, and the rifle is supplied without iron sights.
The PEAK 44 Bastion carbon-fiber stock keeps weight low and adds field-ready durability. It includes a 3D-Hex recoil pad and three sling swivel studs. Length of pull measures 13.0 in.
