This pre-1986 transferable Group Industries HR4332 is a registered-receiver, full-size UZI-pattern submachine gun assembled by Vector Arms. It is factory-marked for 9mm, .45 ACP, and .22 LR and includes both .45 ACP and .22 LR conversion bolt-and-barrel sets. The original SMG-length 10 inch barrel is retained by a knurled quick-detach nut, and the gun features a detachable fixed wood stock, A-R-S selector, and classic UZI ribbed polymer furniture.

This Group Industries HR4332 is a full-size UZI SMG registered-receiver built in the 1980s and assembled by Vector Arms (marked NSL, UT on the left receiver). It bears the Group Industries logo and LOU KY 40214 on the receiver block, and the full-size receiver has three longitudinal ribs per side. Selector positions are A-R-S, and operation is open-bolt, simple blowback.
It is marked for 9mm, .45 ACP, and .22 LR and comes with the correct caliber conversion components: a .45 ACP bolt and barrel, plus two .22 LR bolt-and-barrel sets. The SMG-length barrel measures approximately 10 inches and is secured by a knurled quick-detach barrel nut, supporting rapid barrel swaps.
Sights are iron, with a protected front post and a dual-aperture flip rear. The receiver is stamped sheet steel, with a left-side front sling loop for carry. The configuration reflects the classic UZI SMG layout and handling.
The stock setup is a detachable fixed wood buttstock with a steel buttplate and rear sling swivel; length of pull is 15.0 inches. Black polymer ribbed grip panels and a ribbed polymer foregrip complete the period-correct furniture.
