This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 AR pistol pairs a 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel with a free-float M-LOK handguard and a stabilizing brace. It carries PSA's West Columbia, S.C. rollmark and "PA-15 MULTI" lower markings, and comes with a 30-round Magpul PMAG. The upper features a flat-top, T-marked Picatinny rail with forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover.

The PA-15 is configured as a semi-automatic, direct-impingement AR pistol with a 10.5-inch barrel and an A2-style birdcage flash hider. The barrel is threaded, and the pistol feeds from detachable STANAG-pattern magazines, with a 30+1 capacity using the included PMAG.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and a continuous top rail. The upper receiver is a flat-top design with T-marked Picatinny rail sections, forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. The handguard is marked "MADE IN USA."
The lower receiver is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with the PSA crest, and the manufacturer rollmark reads "Palmetto State Armory West Columbia, S.C." Both receivers have a matte black finish over aluminum construction.
Furniture and controls include a stabilizing brace with a hook-and-loop strap, a BCM polymer pistol grip, a manual safety selector, and a standard charging handle. A carbine receiver extension with castle nut and end plate completes the rear assembly.
