The bolt body is engine-turned, and the action uses a hinged floorplate with an internal box magazine configured for a factory 3-round capacity in magnum chamberings.
The 24-inch steel sporter barrel is blued, drilled and tapped, and paired with a ramped front sight and pinned blade. The rear barrel sight has been removed, leaving two empty threaded holes ahead of the receiver, and the front sight hood is not present. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
The glossy walnut Monte Carlo stock features pressed checkering for grip, a plain walnut pistol grip with no separate cap or spacer, and a ventilated red Winchester recoil pad with a white-line spacer. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Controls include a three-position wing safety. The rifle carries correct Winchester markings, including "MADE IN U.S.A.," "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL," and "WINCHESTER TRADE MARK." Finish is blued on major components with a bright, engine-turned bolt body left in the white; country of origin is the United States.
