The TSR-10 operates via a semi-automatic, direct impingement system and uses a large-frame AR layout with billet-style upper and lower receivers. The lower includes a flared magwell for easier magazine changes. The upper deletes a forward assist and includes an integral brass deflector and ejection-port cover. An ambidextrous safety selector and Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle support flexible control.
The 22 in spiral-fluted, heavy-profile barrel is threaded and fitted with an open-tine/pronged flash hider. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides rigid support and accessory mounting, and its uninterrupted 12 o'clock Picatinny rail matches cleanly to the receiver for a continuous top rail.
