The Jetfire BS variant uses a frame-mounted safety and an inertia-type firing pin, pairing traditional single-action control with a simple extractor-less blowback system and fixed ejector. The tip-up barrel design allows loading and unloading the chamber without running the slide.
Construction combines a blued slide with an anodized aluminum alloy frame for a compact, lightweight package. Sighting is straightforward and durable with a fixed rear notch and an integral front blade. The micro-size profile and 2.4-inch steel barrel suit discreet carry and easy handling.
Factory capacity is 8+1 in .25 ACP (6.35mm). This example includes a correct single-stack steel magazine with 'P.B.' markings. Grips are black checkered synthetic panels featuring the Beretta medallion and '25 JETFIRE' legend.
Made in the United States at Beretta's Accokeek, Maryland facility, the 950 BS stands in the lineage that led to later tip-up Beretta pocket pistols, including the 21A Bobcat and 3032 Tomcat.
