    Remington Model 700 .220 Swift Bolt-Action Rifle, 26" Heavy Fluted Barrel, Laminated Thumbhole Stock

    This Remington Model 700 in .220 Swift is a purpose-built varmint/target-style rifle with a 26-inch heavy fluted barrel and a recessed crown. Built in 2018 in the United States, it features a laminated gray/pepper thumbhole stock with a Monte Carlo comb, pillar bedding, and a free-floated barrel channel. The receiver is drilled and tapped and comes fitted with a one-piece Picatinny scope base.

    The 26-inch heavy-contour, fluted barrel with a recessed crown is configured for stable, repeatable performance in a varmint/target role. The barrel is marked "REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY INC. ILION, NY 220 SWIFT," and the left rear shows the "FM" date code consistent with 2018 manufacture.

    The laminated hardwood stock in gray/pepper features a right-hand thumbhole grip and Monte Carlo comb for consistent cheek weld. A ventilated, wide beavertail forend supports steady positions, while pillar bedding and a free-floated barrel channel contribute to a solid, well-fitted assembly. Crossbolts reinforce the stock.

    Hardware and handling features include dual front sling/bipod studs and a rear sling stud, a right-hand bolt with a checkered knob, and a 13.75-inch length of pull. The rifle uses an internal box magazine with a 4+1 capacity.

    The receiver is drilled and tapped and fitted with a one-piece Picatinny scope base. There are no iron sights. The action is Remington’s Model 700 bolt-action with a 2-position safety, finished in a matte dark gray/black color. The receiver is factory-marked "Remington MODEL 700."
