Sight upgrades include a tang-mounted adjustable aperture rear sight and a high-visibility fiber-optic front sight, providing a peep rear and a high-visibility front reference. These installed sights are set up for precise, repeatable alignment.
The lockplate is color case-hardened and factory engraved with scroll-style decoration, adding a period-correct look to the traditional action. The rifle uses double-set triggers for refined let-off control in a classic single-shot muzzleloading format.
The hardwood stock has an oil-finished appearance and no patchbox, and it is fitted with an aftermarket ventilated rubber "PaceMakers by Mershon" recoil pad. Length of pull measures 12.0 inches. A breech-top warning indicates "BLACK POWDER OR PYRODEX ONLY."
