The 16-inch M4 profile barrel uses a carbine-length gas system and a 1:7 twist, paired with an A2 birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer. The barrel is threaded, and the front sight base is the F-marked A2 type that is pinned in place. A bayonet lug is present.
The flat-top upper provides an integral Picatinny rail and includes a forward assist and ejection-port cover. Receivers are aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish. The lower is marked with standard AR-15 SAFE/FIRE selector markings and "MULTI" for caliber, with manufacturer markings for Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, SC.
Furniture is carbine-correct and durable: a two-piece polymer handguard with a polymer vertical foregrip through-bolted to the handguard. The stock is a 6-position adjustable, collapsible design with a sling loop, and the grip is the A2-style pistol grip, all in black.
Capacity is 30+1 in 5.56 NATO. This rifle includes one 30-round USGI-pattern aluminum STANAG magazine. Controls include a standard manual safety. Overall fit and condition are excellent, with a clean, mirror-finished bore and sharp rifling.
