The 1875 Outlaw follows the classic Remington 1875 pattern with a robust solid top strap and a full-length under-barrel web/ejector housing. This configuration, along with the right-side loading gate and fluted 6-shot cylinder, mirrors the original design cues that defined the platform.
Construction is all steel, with a color case-hardened frame and receiver complemented by a blued barrel and cylinder. The ejector rod provides positive case extraction. The barrel is roll-marked "1875 OUTLAW model – cal .45 COLT."
Sighting is straightforward and period-correct, with a tall blade front and a milled groove in the top strap serving as the rear. The revolver operates single-action only, chambered in .45 Colt with a 7.5-inch barrel for a traditional sight radius.
Manufactured by A. Uberti in Italy and imported/marketed by Taylor's & Company, this example bears the stamp "TAYLOR'S & CO. WINCHESTER VA – A. UBERTI ITALY." Smooth white two-piece grips with gold-tone escutcheons complete the factory configuration.
