This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a full-size, 5.56 NATO AR-pattern rifle configured with a 16-inch threaded barrel, a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard featuring a slick-top profile with only short Picatinny sections, and useful upgrades for practical handling. It comes customized with a Strike Industries King Comp installed and an extended Strike Industries bolt catch, plus polymer flip-up sights, a Magpul pistol grip, and a collapsible skeletonized stock with a Rogers-marked buttpad. The lower receiver is marked "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY — WEST COLUMBIA, SC," and the selector is clearly marked "SAFE" and "FIRE."

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are a few scratches on the receiver and mild wear on the top Picatinny rail.

The PA-15 operates on a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system and is chambered in 5.56 NATO with a stated 30+1 capacity. It features a flat-top upper with a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover, paired with a low-profile gas block under a free-float M-LOK handguard with a slick-top 12 o'clock and short Picatinny sections.
Key enhancements include the Strike Industries King Comp installed for effective braking and compensation and a Strike Industries extended bolt catch for easier manipulation. M-LOK rail panel covers are installed for added purchase and comfort on the handguard.
The lower receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish and marked "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY — WEST COLUMBIA, SC." Selector positions are cleanly marked "SAFE" and "FIRE." A manual safety, polymer flip-up sights, and a Magpul pistol grip round out a practical, ready-to-run configuration.
A collapsible, multi-position, skeletonized polymer stock with a Rogers-marked buttpad provides an adjustable fit, with a listed length of pull of 14.0 inches. The 16-inch barrel is threaded to accept the installed muzzle device and supports the rifle’s balanced handling.
