What’s Included
- IWI Galil ACE SAR Pistol Gen 1 in 5.56 NATO
- One 30-round AR-15/STANAG-pattern magazine (marked "MADE IN USA"; brand not specified)
The 8-inch barrel is CrMoV steel, cold-hammer-forged, and chrome-lined for longevity and consistent performance. It is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a factory A2-style birdcage flash hider. The 1:7 RH twist supports a wide range of 5.56 NATO projectile weights.
Operating on a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a closed rotating bolt, this pistol follows the Galil lineage known for reliability. The upper is milled steel with a polymer lower, and it uses standard NATO STANAG/AR-15 magazines for broad magazine compatibility.
Controls and ergonomics include a left-side reciprocating charging handle and an ambidextrous safety selector. The polymer tri-rail handguard provides accessory mounting, with the bottom rail exposed, and an integral full-length Picatinny top rail runs the length of the receiver.
Factory tritium iron sights are included: a tritium front post and a two-dot tritium rear aperture for low-light visibility. A left-folding polymer brace enhances storage and transport. Markings include GALIL ACE SAR CAL. 5.56×45, IWI – ISRAEL, IWI US MIDDLETOWN, PA, and CHF/CL 1:7 H3.
