The 16-inch steel barrel is unthreaded and crowned, and the carbine is equipped with iron sights: a hooded front post and a protected rear aperture for durable, repeatable sighting.
Controls include a two-position selector marked S/1. Capacity is 10+1 with the included factory USC magazine marked Made in Germany.
