Built as a field gun, this Citori pairs 28 inch Special Steel barrels with a vent rib and a single front bead, delivering a classic fixed-choke setup: Full over Modified. The chambers are 3 inches and also accept 2 3/4 inch shells, and capacity is two.
The blued steel receiver wears simple factory scroll engraving and houses a gold-tone single trigger with a tang-mounted safety. Mechanical details stand out on this example, with a notably tight barrel-to-action fit, timed ejectors, and firing pins that appear excellent.
The walnut furniture includes a pistol-grip stock with a neutral grip and slight right-hand cast-off, fine checkering, and a long field-style forend. A Browning ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer caps the stock. Length of pull measures 14.25 inches.
Markings include barrels stamped "Special Steel" and "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q."
