Built on the 1911 platform, the Aegis Elite Pro blends carry-friendly dimensions with premium features. The Pro-length slide pairs with a full-size Government-length grip frame, a 4-inch stainless steel barrel, and a 7+1 capacity in .45 ACP.
The two-tone KimPro II finish contrasts a gray slide over a silver frame, while AEX-pattern rear cocking serrations and G-10 Cyclone grip panels provide secure manipulation and control. The grip frame uses a straight mainspring housing with a square heel/toe, and the high undercut trigger guard supports a comfortable, repeatable grip.
Controls and internals are tuned for precision and reliability, including a match-grade, skeletonized aluminum trigger with an overtravel screw and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. It retains 1911 single-action operation with both a thumb safety and grip safety, and uses a full-length guide rod.
The fixed fiber-optic sighting system uses a red front rod and two green rear rods for fast sight acquisition. Additional build details include 24 LPI front-strap checkering, a vertically serrated mainspring housing, a 1:16 LH twist rate, and a non-OI configuration.
