The M18 MS variant delivers the features associated with the MHS pattern: a coyote-finished platform, ambidextrous manual safety, and a compact 3.9 inch slide on a carry-length grip. It is built in the United States and designated under SIG part number 320CA-9-M18-MS.
The slide is stainless steel with a durable coyote PVD finish, and the grip module is coyote polymer. A MIL-STD-1913 4-slot accessory rail on the dust cover supports common duty lights and accessories.
This model is striker-fired with a flat-faced trigger and a standard magazine release. The serialized, modular FCU serves as the legal receiver, allowing component changes within the P320 ecosystem.
The optics-ready slide features a removable rear-sight plate, and it is equipped with a SIGLITE front night sight. This configuration provides a straightforward path to mounting compatible pistol optics.
Capacity is 21+1 with the included extended magazines, and the package also includes a 17-round magazine for a shorter profile. All factory steel magazines are marked "Made in Italy," and the set covers both extended and flush-fit use cases.
