The Solo 300 upper is a manual straight-pull design with no gas system, operated by a left-side bolt handle. It includes a dust cover and deletes the forward assist. Control layout remains familiar with a standard AR-15 manual safety.
The 9-inch .300 AAC Blackout barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port brake marked "30S" with a hex logo. This configuration is set up for AR-15 pattern magazines, with a 20+1 capacity as shown.
The pistol uses a free-float aluminum handguard with M-LOK-style slots. The upper receiver has a standard MIL-STD-1913 rail, while the handguard’s top is largely covered by wood with short rail segments at the rear (near the receiver) and a small section near the muzzle—there is no continuous full-length rail. Wood handguard panel inserts, a wood pistol grip, and a wood angled foregrip/handstop provide a unique look and feel. The lower is a PSA PA-15 marked "West Columbia, S.C."
A brace-style rear extension rides on dual guide rods with a hinge block. The pistol has been spray painted battleship gray. An LPVO optic with an illuminated red horseshoe-dot reticle is mounted in two-piece Picatinny rings for immediate use.
