The MR1911U Undercover Two-Tone is a micro-size 1911 in .45 ACP designed for compact carry while retaining Series 70, single-action operation. The 3-inch bushingless bull barrel provides a solid lockup in a short-slide format. Capacity is 7+1 with the included 7-round magazines.
The two-tone finish combines a matte stainless slide with a hard black anodized aluminum frame. Functional controls include a beavertail grip safety and a left-side thumb safety. The hammer is a commander-style skeletonized rowel, and the trigger is a skeletonized three-hole design.
Sighting is straightforward and durable: a dovetailed front blade with a single white dot and a dovetailed rear sight. The slide has rear cocking serrations and no front serrations. Textured laminate grip panels provide a secure hold on the Officer-length grip frame.
